I share the 5 elements that helped me enjoy my dream life schedule built in my course. I don't want you to miss another precious moment! Several years ago when my foundation became solid, everything shifted! My endless cycles of burnout, were over. I am working my dream schedule without earning less. I am having fun again, creativity is able to flow. I curated what I desired, not the beauty industry norm and the result is "doing less better".

I started waking up without an alarm clock two years ago, hours before my 3 teenagers are need to wake up for school or work. I now begin my day with intention, by brewing my fresh ground organic coffee with a touch of whole milk, watch the sunrise over the lake & journaling in my quiet office. You will find me walking my dog, Nora in nature daily. My husband Jeff & I take turns cooking meals, except on our weekly date night out of course. Sundays are family meal day and a day of reset for us.

I went gluten free last fall, which has helped reduce my thyroid inflammation. I have especially been working to improve my overall wellness since being diagnosed with Hashimoto's autoimmune disease in my 20s. I also developed a reaction to the chemicals in my salon environment, changing the way I made choices for my overall wellness. My journey also included infertility, miscarriages & several frozen shoulders, all leading me to discover how choices can impact our lives. We get to decide many things that we often don't think about.

My indulgences include sipping an imported glass of cabernet, dark chocolate with a touch of sea salt, catching up with girlfriends & an occasional corner coffee shop "whole milk latte", trying new dining experiences, on "me & you day" with each of my children and Jeff on our "dates".
